South Creek Retreat provides a refined and comfortable setting for corporate retreats, team off-sites, leadership gatherings and company getaways. With six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, the property offers the ideal balance of shared team time and personal space, allowing colleagues to stay together while enjoying the privacy and comfort of their own accommodation.

The Holkham Room includes a bunk bed in the dressing room hallway, as well as a double sofa bed in the adjoining Ante Room.
Accessibility
Located on the ground floor, the Burnham Market Room provides step-free, wheelchair-friendly access, and has been created with comfort, independence and ease of use in mind. It has its own separate entrance from the pebbled driveway, and a fully accessible wet room with a step-free shower, a secure handrail and a removable shower chair.
Every bedroom at South Creek Retreat features its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort, privacy and convenience throughout your stay. An additional guest WC on the ground floor provides added convenience for larger groups.
All bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped with essential toiletries and supplies, including bathroom tissue, shower gel, hand soap and general cleaning essentials.
Both floors, with every bedroom numbered against the key and the shared ground-floor rooms named where they sit. Five bedrooms are upstairs; the Burnham Market Room is on the ground floor, off the pebbled driveway.

Exclusive use of the whole house and gardens, all bedrooms made up with premium linen, towels and robes, uncapped fibre wifi, the working and meeting spaces, the hot tub and games room, and a final clean. Catering, activities and transportation are quoted separately.
Yes we are able to invoice the Company and you are welcome to send over the details once the quotation has been accepted.
A full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 50% if you cancel 7 or more days before, and no refund within 7 days of arrival.

Yes, the Burnham Market bedroom is on the ground floor, with a step-free, wheelchair-friendly wet room. All other bedrooms are upstairs.
Yes, uncapped high-speed fibre runs throughout, suitable for video calls, cloud work and hybrid meetings.
The dining table seats up to 14 for meetings, presentations and working lunches. For breakouts there's a media lounge with a 70-inch screen and surround sound, a glass conservatory, a library for quiet work, and a dedicated workspace for private calls.
Yes, there are several smart TVs for presenting and screen sharing. Any additional extras such as flipcharts and markers are available upon request and at an additional charge.
Yes. The kitchen is professional grade, with double dishwashers, generous fridge space, buffet platters, barware, and a Nespresso machine and drinks stations. There's indoor dining for 14, plus deck and courtyard dining and a BBQ.

Yes. The Ostrich Inn is a short walk away, and Burnham Market, 8 minutes' drive, has Socius, No. Twenty9 and The Nelson. The White Horse at Brancaster Staithe is a favourite for seafood. We recommend booking group tables well ahead.
About two hours' drive. By train, King's Lynn (with trains from London King's Cross) is about 25 minutes away by taxi.
Yes, private transportation can be arranged and quoted as part of your retreat.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you'd like to start your first session earlier, let us know and we'll do our best to arrange it.
The driveway takes up to four cars, with more space on the road and by the village green.
The wood-fired hot tub seats eight, and there's a games room with pool table, arcade console and darts, a courtyard fire pit and a private walled garden with the River Burn running through it.
Yes. We can arrange coastal walks, historic site tours and boat trips, plus adventure, creative and cultural, and wellness experiences, all quoted to suit your group.
Holkham Hall and its ropes course and zip wires (10 minutes), Creake Abbey ruins (5 minutes), Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham beaches (10 to 15 minutes), Blakeney seal trips and RSPB Titchwell Marsh. For wet weather: bowling and laser tag in Fakenham, escape rooms and pottery painting.
